Terms of Service

RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

• All artwork and rights belong to me (14MCXI) unless specifically discussed and agreed otherwise during consultation, with extra fees attributed.
• You may not redistribute, resell, copy, use my work for AI training, or NFTs. I will decline commissions intended for these purposes.
• For personal use, crediting is appreciated but not required.
• I may include the commissioned piece in my portfolio.
• If you'd like to edit the final illustration, please ask beforehand: small edits are okay as long as they don't drastically change the artwork.

COMMISSION PROCESS

• I carefully consider each commission request rather than working on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All commissions (except "surprise me" requests) begin with a consultation stage where we'll discuss your request.
• I have the right to decline commissions or stop work if needed (with a refund).
• I'll only accept payment after I've reviewed and approved your commission request; this might take some time as I manage multiple projects.
• Please message me right after sending a commission request so we can discuss details.

PAYMENTS + REFUNDS

• My prices are set; please don't ask for discounts.
• Please be responsible and be sure to have enough funds if you're going to commission me.
• If you're under 18, transactions must be handled by your parent or legal guardian.
• Wait for my green light before sending any payment; I'll let you know when I'm ready to start.
• Refunds are only possible during the sketch phase.

REVISIONS (ILLUST ONLY)

• 3 major revisions are free.
• After that, I'm happy to make small tweaks at no cost.
• Bigger changes in an illustration (like redoing hair or clothing) will have additional fees.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• It can take around 1 to 3 months; if more, I will notify about it.
• There's a really small chance I accept deadlines if under 3-4 weeks.

USE

• Base price: Personal use only. You can use it as an icon/banner/wallpaper, with credits.
• If for commercial usage, the total price will be multiplied by 3 (e.g.: if the work costs $50 in base price, the work intended for commercial use will be $150).

COMMUNICATION

• I'd like to receive a message right after sending a request to be able to see if it's approved and, if so, to start working.

I WON'T DRAW:

• Anything that makes me uncomfortable.
• Content that is illegal in Italy or the client's jurisdiction.
• Hate speech, discrimination, etc.
• Certain patterns like small things close to each other because it can cause me eye strain and tics.
• High saturation with high contrast designs at times (same reason as the previous).
